Zaatar

Middle Eastern cuisine has become very popular in Australia and now you have a simple, convenient way to create your own at home. Our Zaatar is a mixture of Thyme, Sumac and Sesame Seeds. It's also gluten- and MSG-free, and can be sprinkled over meat and rice, and when making your own exotic bread! All you need to do is baste the bread with olive oil and add the Zaatar, before warming in a pan or in the microwave. Enjoy!
