Shipping policy

Orders of $100 and over are shipped free, except for pizza ovens - we will contact you and negotiate a suitable cost effective delivery for your pizza oven. Orders under $100 are charged $15 delivery, this is often far less than the actual cost of delivering your order as we try and keep delivery fees as low as possible.

After choosing to place an order with HERCULES JACKSON PTY LTD T/AS G-FRESH we are pleased to advise of the following process, which takes place during our business hours (9am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday, 9am - 3pm Friday).

  1. You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
  2. When goods are shipped you will receive a second shipping email, advising your order has been successfully dispatched.  This email will include a tracking number for your convenience.
  3. Goods will be packaged in a careful manner which should prevent product damage during transport.
  4. Goods are air and road freighted, via both courier and or Australia Post, with delivery extending to all areas of Australia. We utilise a number of transport services as we know this is the only way to ensure the FASTEST DELIVERY.
  5. All international orders are based on Australia Post's international shipping rates.
  6. Delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive the goods. HERCULES JACKSON PTY LTD T/AS G-FRESH will assume no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries.
  7. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. We request this be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by phoning or email. After accepting a claim we will promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of HERCULES JACKSON PTY LTD T/AS G-FRESH. No additional charges will be the responsibility of our customers.
  8. The average number of days before your products will be received after successful payment is 5 days, your order could arrive much quicker than this depending on your location.
