G-Fresh Food Safety Statement

 

At G-Fresh we understand our customers deserve to be confident about the quality of the food they buy. Rest assured at Gfresh, we take this very seriously.

While many of our herbs and spices are sourced from overseas, we work with all our suppliers to ensure that the products we procure are of high quality and have reliable provenances. We also require our manufacturer to regularly test the aforementioned herbs and spices for contaminants and allergens, and to ensure that every batch produced meets the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.

As an example, we keep Specification Sheet (Spec Sheet) and Product Information Form (PIF) from our manufacturers for our GFresh spice range. These documents show what allergens and contaminants the products are tested for, as well as the results of each test. The documents are updated and reissued regularly as new batches come through to ensure that the quality of the product is maintained.

We maintain a database of Spec Sheets and PIFs, for our Gfresh products, that we work hard to keep updated.
