Tasty and Crispy Chicken Maryland

This chicken maryland is easy and so tasty.
Ingredients

4 Chicken maryland

½ teaspoon G-fresh sea salt
-
½ teaspoon G-fresh black pepper cracked

2 tablespoons G-fresh greek seasoning

2 tablespoons baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Line a baking tray with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with with oil to prevent sticking.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towel.
Combine salt, pepper, greek seasoning and baking powder in a bowl. Sprinkle over chicken, tossing often to get a even coating.
Place the chicken skin side up on the wire rack, in a single layer.
Bake in the middle of the oven, turn every 20 minutes. Total bake time will depend on the size of the Marylands - up to 60 minutes. Chicken is cooked when it is no longer pink inside.
