Delicious chicken sliders, using G-Fresh Piri Piri Seasoning. And the coleslaw includes G-Fresh Celery Salt and G-Fresh Smokey Paprika.

Ingredients
Chicken

12 Mini brioche Rolls
-
4 Chicken Breasts
-
Small bunch of Coriander
-
Juice of half a lemon
-
Olive Oil
-
2 Tsp G-fresh Piri Piri Seasoning

½ Tsp G-fresh Ginger
-
Clove of Garlic
Coleslaw
-
Fresh Coleslaw Mix
-
1 Cup Whole Egg Mayonnaise
-
1 Tsp G-fresh Celery Salt
-
½ Tsp G-fresh Smoked Paprika
-
Juice of half a lemon
Directions
Thinly slice the chicken breasts into thirds so they cook quickly.
Mix the olive oil with the piri piri and the ginger
In a large bowl add the olive oil, crushed garlic clove, coriander, juice of half a lemon and the chicken. Mix well and stand in the fridge for 10 minutes.
In a fresh bowl add the coleslaw mix, whole egg mayonnaise, celery salt, smokey paprika and juice of half of a lemon. Mix well and store in the fridge.
Warm you brioche rolls in a grill or oven.
Add the chicken to moderate - hot pan and cook on each side for 4 minutes or until fully cooked.
Slice the brioche rolls and add a piece of chicken and some coleslaw. Serve immediately.
